Customise Order line information

When you checkout with your basket, it's still possible to make changes to your order form - and to specific items individually.

 
To get started, scroll down the checkout page to the Order lines section. It's highlighted below.

From here, you can:

•Add an Auxiliary reference that may be helpful, linking your order form with information held elsewhere
 

•Search the catalogue to add more items to your order form

•Add non-catalogue (free text) items to your order form

•Remove items from your order form

•Link an individual item to a specific supplier contract

•Change the VAT rates for individual items
 

•Split a delivery, so items are delivered to multiple locations

•Split account codes, so orders can be assigned to more than one cost centre

•Apply billing information to individual items, rather than to your order form as a whole.
