Sometimes it may be useful to cross-reference an order form with information held elsewhere.
For example, perhaps your organisation has other goods and services that you purchase using a different method?
If so, you can add a reference that relates to information held elsewhere.
First, navigate to the Order lines section of the checkout page. The first field you see is Auxiliary reference.
Type the reference in this field. But you can leave the field blank if you wish.
