Note: Only users granted specific authority by your organisation can receipt orders.
When orders have been delivered, your organisation can record their safe arrival.
To view the receipt status of an order, select Orders from the menu bar and then Receipting.
A list of orders is then displayed - with the receipt Status of each order shown on the right.
More details may be visible if you open an order by clicking on its Purchase Order Number.
Another list of orders can be found by clicking Orders and then Purchase Orders in the top menu bar.
This list also includes orders that have been Cancelled or Receipted & Closed.
It's also possible to see what has been receipted at the line level for orders that have been receipted or partially receipted.
