Note: Only users granted specific authority by your organisation have access to some receipting tools.
When an order has been receipted or partially receipted, you can check back and view details of what's been receipted at the line level.
First, find the order. Select Orders from the top menu and then Receipting. Click on the PO number of the order.
When the order opens, scroll down to the Order line items section. Click the triangle icon next to a line item.
Details about that item are displayed. Click on the Receipts link for more receipting information about the specific item.
A pop-up box is displayed, showing the receipting details for this item.
Click on the X in the top-right of box to close it - and return to the previous screen.
You can also see more receipting information by scrolling down to the bottom of the page to the History section.
