Manage order forms

Once a buyer has checked out their basket, they can send their order form for approval.

Approvers can then accept or reject an order form as well as viewing their order history.

Buyers can check the status of an order form or change an order form before it's approved.

They can also view the history or an order form or withdraw an order form before it's approved.

When approved, order forms become orders. They are then sent automatically to suppliers.

Buyers and approvers can then manage approved orders.
