Sometimes you may want to save time - by simply using a copy of an earlier processed order rather than creating a new order from scratch.
You can then make any changes to the order and submit it for approval.
Note: You can also clone order forms (if they have been approved).
To clone an order, first locate the order. Select Orders from the top menu bar and then click on Purchase Orders.
A list of orders is then displayed. Click on the PO number of the order you want to open (see above).
The order will then be displayed. Click on the Clone button to create a copy of the order.
To create a copy of the order, click the Clone button. A copied version of the order is then created.
Note that the system has assigned to it a new Order form number.
You can edit the details and send the form for approval in the normal way.
