Sometimes you may want to save time - by simply using a copy of an earlier order form rather than creating a new one from scratch.
You can then make any changes to the order form and submit it for approval.
To do this, the order form must have been approved already.
First, locate an earlier order form. Select Orders from the top menu bar and then click on View Order Forms.
A list of order forms is then displayed. Find the order form you want to clone. The status will say: Order Processed.
Click on the number (on the left) to open the order form. The order form will then be displayed.
To create a copy of the order form, click the Clone button.
A copied version of the order form is then created.
Note that the system has assigned to it a new Order form number.
But the Order title refers back to the order it was cloned from. So you may want to give this order its own title.
