Note: You need to be logged in as a catalogue administrator for the options described on this page to be available to you.
You can view, amend and approve proposed changes to catalogues before their publication.
Select the Catalogue button from the main menu and then Catalogue Approval.
A page will then be displayed, showing any changes made that are waiting for approval.
In our example, no changes are waiting for approval.
But, from this screen, you can add, change, delete or leave any amendments unchanged before their publication.
