Note: These options are only available to users given approver status by your organisation.
It's possible to view the history of all order forms sent to you - and processed by you.
You can also see historical notes about individual order forms.
Select Orders button from the top menu bar. You Order History appears beneath any pending order forms.
Note: You can use the Month, Year or Search tools above the list to locate earlier order forms.
To open an order form, click on its number (see left, above). The order form opens. To see historical notes about the order form, scroll to the bottom of the page.
